Our client, a leading law firm in Needham, MA is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This individual will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Additionally, the estate planning attorney will counsel clients on tax implications, asset protection strategies, and wealth preservation techniques.

Pay:

• Starting at $150,000/year depending on experience

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized estate planning services to clients based on their unique needs and goals.

- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

- Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize estate taxes and maximize wealth preservation.

- Assist clients with trust administration, probate proceedings, and estate settlement.

- Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws and regulations impacting estate planning.

- Provide excellent client service and communication throughout the estate planning process.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the MA Bar and in good standing.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing estate planning law.

- Strong understanding of estate planning principles, tax law, and asset protection strategies.

- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients.

- Proven track record of providing exceptional client service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
