Warehouse Associate / Driver

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00

Our client, a commercial flooring contractor located in the Central-East End (St-Laurent & Innes), is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate / Driver to join their growing team.

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Warehouse Associate, Shipper / Receiver, etc.)
• Experience driving a commercial truck ideal (cargo van, moving truck, 5ton, etc.)
• Experience with flooring / renovations a strong asset
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong English communication skills
•  A G-class license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Comfortable working in a blue-collared environment – Construction Industry

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving stock/materials in warehouse (2-3hrs/day),
• Operating sit-down counterbalance forklift
• Driving company cube truck (5 ton) to complete 2-4 deliveries to sites (residential / commercial – both finished and unfinished construction sites)
• Pickup supplies/inventory
• Picking orders
• Organizing warehouse
• Perform other duties as required

 

The wage for this position ranges from $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:30pm
