Express is looking for Welders/Fitters for a well-established company in Canonsburg, PA. $21.20 per hour.  Evaluation to hire, with an opportunity for a pay increase, benefit package and the potential for a union position, once hired on by the client!

 

Job Duties Include:

• Lay out and fabricate materials according to engineered drawings, sketches, written and/or verbal instructions.
• Minor repairs to welding equipment and burning equipment.
• Hand burn and grind.
• Layout and shoot studs per engineered drawings.
• Keep weld/fabrication cell clean, neat, and safe.
• Must be able to comply with the company attendance policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Operate welding and burning equipment.
• Must have good manual dexterity, able to follow directions, and be attentive to detail.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 60lbs frequently without assistance.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience reading measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Experience reading blueprints and drawings.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

*Must be able to pass a mandatory math skill evaluation and Welding test.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

 

Pay: $21.20/HR
