Key Responsibilities:

3. Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all.
4. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials with care and precision, helping to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
5. Structure Assembly: Put together and take apart temporary structures such as scaffolding, following instructions from supervisors and skilled tradesmen.
6. Earthwork: Remove, fill, or compact earth as required, supporting site preparation and construction activities.
7. Instruction Adherence: Follow instructions from supervisors and other team members diligently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
8. Learning and Development: Be open to learning from on-the-job training opportunities, continuously improving your skills and expertise in construction.
9. Site Clean-Up: Perform site clean-up duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization to promote safety and efficiency.
