Mold and Bladder Fabricator:

A local Central Oregon company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mold and Bladder Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting up, building, and testing molds and bladders used in our production processes.

Responsibilities:

Read and accurately interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and specifications
Identify and resolve quality or process issues during mold/bladder fabrication
Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of specialty equipment and machinery.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, heat guns, vacuum sealers, and other tools proficiently
Verify dimensions and measurements meet precise requirements
Assemble and test fabricated molds/bladders to ensure functionality
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all work.
Complete fabrication projects efficiently while following defined processes
Observe all safety protocols and keep an organized, clean work area
Lift to 50 lbs and be able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or trade experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools
Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and blueprints
Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
Good math skills and familiarity with precise measurement techniques
Punctual, positive attitude, and team-oriented
Committed to producing quality workmanship
