Location: Texarkana, TX

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Pay: $15-18/hour

 

Position Description: This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, E-commerce and telephone customers
• Develop annual sales plan with Franchisee or General Manager
• Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers and decision makers
• Consecutively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand standards
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from telephone, marketing and email activity
• Prepare estimates and establish/maintain estimate follow up procedures
• Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
• Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized and functional)
• Any other clerical / customer service related duties as assigned / asked
