Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently Recruiting for a Client Services Manager for a top client in the Omaha area. We are looking for a detail oriented Account manager with direct client contact experience.

Client Services Manager Job Duties:

• Provide solutions that meet specific client requirements
• Conduct outgoing calls to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
• Develop call center scripts that align with our clients' standards and meet their specific needs, ensuring that our agents provide consistent and high quality customer service during their interactions with clients
• Conduct research on client feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
• Continually seek ways to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements to the management team
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met and issues are solved

What we are looking for in a Client Services Manager:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service experience and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
• Previous experience in Account Management
• Ability to uphold and create new scripts for training purposes

Hours:

Monday to Friday
