Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a client in the Omaha area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a great company.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
• Dispatch and scheduling
• Daily order and data entry
• Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
• Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management

What we are looking for in a Customer Service Representative:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong phone etiquette
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to accept and grow with constructive criticism

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8am-5pm

One Saturday per month
