Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Medical Receptionist in the Bellevue area near Offutt AFB! The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support in a medical office setting, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Medical Receptionist Job Duties:

• Greet and check-in patients, verifying their information and collecting necessary paperwork
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
• Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and schedule follow-up appointments
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for in a Medical Receptionist:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly desirable
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of basic medical procedures
• Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus

Monday to Friday

8am-5pm
