Express Employment is partnering with a local Shasta County restoration/construction company.

About the Position:

We are looking for estimator candidates.  You MUST have experience with Xactimate to be eligible for this position.

Job Description:

Intimate with Xactimate, able to write estimates (2+ years)
Computer literate, learn new programs quickly
Familiar with cloud-based storage programs
Comfortable with long office hours

PERSONALITY/WORK ETHIC

Self-motivated
Capable, able to manage many tasks/projects at one time
Smart, willing to persist until a solution is found
Willing to take criticism, teachable and humble
Creative, likes to think out of the box
Willing to work long hours to get the job done, including evenings and Saturdays, if needed
Very enthusiastic about your work

Qualifications:

Intimate with Xactimate, able to write estimates (2+ years)
Computer literate, learn new programs quickly
Familiar with cloud-based storage programs
Comfortable with long office hours

Shift:

Monday-Friday
8 hour shift
Open to Saturdays if needed
