Carpenter – 5+ to 10+ years of experience.

• Material Assessment: Determining the type and quantity of materials needed for each project.
• Material Transport: Transporting materials and equipment to work sites.
• Construction and Installation: Constructing wooden structures such as concrete forms, frameworks, scaffolding, furniture, and partitions.
• Fixture Installation: Installing wooden fixtures, including frames, stairways, rafters, and furniture.
• Quality Inspection: Ensuring the integrity of structures upon installation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all relevant safety regulations.

Journeyman Carpenter Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Apprenticeship Completion: Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program.
• Licensing: Possession of a relevant state license.
• Experience: At least three years of experience as a carpenter or in a similar role.
• Skills: Good math, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work long hours and perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and rigging.
