Electro Mechanical Field Technician
Direct Hire role - Pay based on experience up to $28 an hour
6:30am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, generators, pumps, gear boxes, transformers, and switchgear.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, failure analysis, testing, measurement, and data collection using specialized tools and equipment.
- Ensure safe work practices at customer locations during regular shifts and overtime hours as needed.
- Load and unload equipment for transportation to the shop, which may involve lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate flexibility in performing field repairs that may require climbing, bending, and reaching.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of hands-on technician experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to operate testing and measuring equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing outstanding support.
- Post-high school training or certification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or industrial technology).
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
