Shifts: Full-Time, M-F 8AM - 5PM

DON Job Duties (but not limited to):

• To manage the nursing staff and promote the health & well-being of residents – nursing assessments
• Educating staff on appropriate and proper care of residents
• Managing development of care plans
• Daily review all medication orders and follow up on any prior authorizations documenting in the resident's Progress Notes

DON Requirements:

• Current State of Hawaii RN License
• Minimum of 1-year RN & Management experience (can be DON, ADON, Nurse Supervisor/Manager)
• Current CPR/BLS
• Current two-step TB – within 1-year
