Senior Accountant

Located in Thousand Oaks, CA

Salary: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

Looking for flexibility?  Work as little as 20 hours per week or up to 40 hours based on your schedule.  We can make your schedule work.  Senior Accountant needed for account reconciliation for all properties in construction, submit purchase orders and invoices, track construction expenses, change orders and submit to bank monthly in a timely manner. Create and submit invoices to bank for payments on loan. Assist with managing payments of construction invoices, Variance analysis, prepare cash forecasts for all projects under construction. 

 

Requirements: 

Bachelor''s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.

Proficiency with Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3 years experience and demonstrated knowledge in accounting or financial analysis.

$25-$28/hr
