Customer Service Representative – $18+ per hour

A local Insurance Claim Company in Northbrook is searching a Claim Service Representative who will responsible for taking in claim information from claimants before it is submitted to the adjusters. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows our Claim Service Representatives to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, texts and emails, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential for a Customer Service Representative.  Our customer service is vital to our success. Hour are from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
