Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Hardscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape design and construction, with expertise in working with various materials to create visually stunning outdoor environments. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to design and plan hardscape projects according to their specifications and preferences.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, and decorative features using concrete, asphalt, stone, glass, brick, metal, and gravel.
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including excavators, compactors, and concrete mixers, safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, such as uneven surfaces or drainage problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hardscaper, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of hardscape materials, including concrete, asphalt, stone, glass, brick, metal, and gravel.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
