Forklift Operator

Located in West Haven, CT

Salary: $17-18/hour BOE

We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move material throughout our facility.   You will be operating a sit down forklift and/or pallet jacks to ensure efficiency and safety.   The goal is to ensure that materials and products will always be in the right places safely to achieve maximum efficiency.

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack/store appropriately
• Locate and move products as needed using forklift and/or pallet jack(s)
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines and help maintain a safe environment 

Prior experience/certification as a forklift operator is preferred
