What You Get to Do!

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a modern manufacturing facility that is at the forefront of changing the global food supply chain. This position involves taking the lead on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, and supporting projects to enhance safety and efficiency. ·       Collaborate with Engineering to identify and implement improvements that enhance safety and operational efficiency.

·       Facilitate the safe installation of new tools and equipment.

·       Provide design and fabrication support to the Operations team.

·       Perform preventive maintenance on production systems and equipment.

·       Coordinate with external vendors for preventive maintenance, including quotation requests, scheduling, and safety orientations.

 

What You Will Bring:

·       High School Diploma or GED.

·       Experience in an industrial setting, working with diverse equipment types.

·       Skills in machining/milling for R&D support or equipment repair.

·       Proficiency in programming and maintaining PLC systems.

·       Knowledge of HVAC/chiller system maintenance.

·       Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with an understanding of resource and deadline risks.

·       Experience in maintaining maintenance records, managing parts, tools, and resources for safe and timely repairs.
