Salary: $22/HR

Responsibilities:

·         Will be responsible for running daily operations in all aspects of the company, managing up to 16 employees, and ensuring the safety of all clients.

·         Manage and oversee staff performance, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and ensure corrective action is performed as necessary based on the handbook, policies, and job descriptions.

·         Ensure the safety of all employees by conducting safety training and enforcing safety rules

·         Interview, hire, and fire in accordance with state and federal employment laws, company requirements, and proper documentation of new employee files.

·         Ensure the site has shift coverage at all times.

 

Qualifications:

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably

·         Keep up with a fast-paced work environment

·         Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day

·         Must have complex computer skills, proficient with basic software (Microsoft suites).

·         Must be able to pick up on pet suite software and have strong communication skills

·         Must be trained in day-to-day duties such as cleaning, dig behavior, managing dog groups, front desk duties, and understanding all policies and procedures.

·         Must be comfortable with all front and back house duties

·         Must love dogs! And be comfortable with all dog breeds

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM + necessary overtime (some weekends)
