• Prepare Take Offs
• Project Budgeting
• Prepare Proposals
• Maintain Vendor Relationships
• Manage Bid History
• Provide VE Options

Experience

• 3+ years’ estimating experience in the structural steel industry.
• Able to read Architectural and Structural Construction drawings.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• AutoCad experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain organization of multiple duties across multiple projects.
