Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Verify patient identification and insurance information
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of front-facing customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
