We are partnered with a leading provider of innovative signage solutions, who is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging and Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging finished products, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with various production tasks as needed. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging:

   • Ensure accurate and efficient packaging of finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.
   • Assemble packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and padding, as needed.
   • Verify product quality and quantity before packaging and address any discrepancies or defects.
   • Label packages accurately with shipping information, product details, and other necessary labels.
   • Organize and maintain packaging materials and supplies to ensure sufficient inventory levels.

2. Production Support:

   • Assist with various production tasks, including but not limited to assembly, fabrication, and finishing of signage products.
   • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
   • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
   • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
   • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

3. Shipping and Receiving:

   • Prepare orders for shipment, including packing, labeling, and staging for pickup or delivery.
   • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments as needed.
   • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and report any discrepancies or damages.
   • Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counting, replenishment, and cycle counting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM 

Pay Rate: $17/hour
