The event assistant will serve as the escort to the character actor during the entire event. The assistant will help the actor at all times because of the actor's costume, which can present difficulty in walking and seeing. The assistant will help the actor put on and take off the costume. This is a half-day event scheduled for Friday, May 17th, 8am - Noon.
