* Job Duties will include:  General repair work, troubleshooting, customer service, respond to tenants maintenance needs.  Work closely with management and janitorial staff to ensure the building is maintained safely.  

* Seeking candidates with general knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical.  Must be able to utilize hand/power tools, landscaping tools and possess general carpentry skills.
