Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Requirements of HR Coordinator:

• Assists in data entry, timecard and wage review, wage steps, benefits enrollment, insurance deductions, and other system changes.
• Provide weekly and semi-monthly payroll support duties to include hours adjustments, pay adjustments, retro pay calculations and benefit calculations.
• Process short term disability calculations and assist with leave management activities including education to employees, track cases and return to work status.
• Assists with the recruitment process including temp associates. This includes attending job fairs, school/community outreach, updating various online career sites.
• Assist with onboarding process including phone screens, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters.
• Create and process termination paperwork, schedule exit interviews.

Qualifications of HR Coordinator:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years HR and/or Payroll experience
• Familiarity with HR systems including ADP preferred
• Microsoft Office experience
