Job Title: Fabrication/Fitter/Welder

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Fitter/Welder to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, adept at fabricating, fitting and welding parts together, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Fabrication/Fitter/Welder will be responsible for machine setup, operating machinery safely, and completing all necessary documentation. This role requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform lifting and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprints to determine assembly and welding requirements.
• Fit and weld parts together according to specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Use hand and power tools proficiently.
• Operate welding equipment with expertise.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform lifting and repetitive movements as necessary.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reading blueprints, fabricating, and welding (Flux).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ticketed Welder/Fitter preferred.
• CWB certification in Flux/FCAW welding.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform lifting and repetitive movements.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
