Setup Crew: $19-$21/hr. DOE

This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!

You will be assisting with installing molds as well as removing them upon form completion.

Job Duties:

• Remove and install molds from machines:
  o Connect water and hydraulic lines.
  o Install heater blocks and nozzles.
  o Fastening molds and clamping and unclamping
• Repair and clean nozzles and other equipment.
• Wire and adhere heater bands together.
• Rig and monitor molds and remove and install as needed.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move molds around the facility.
• Work with the team to keep the production area clean, and safe and ensure proper functionality and all jobs through the shift.

Experience, Skills, and Qualities:

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to be trained on the overhead crane system.
• Ideally experience working with steel or plastic molds and changing them in and out is helpful, but not required.
• Experience using power tools, hand tools and willingness to be further trained.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of your shift and lift top 40 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors or indoors, there are times when you will have to go out into the yard. The building is not temperature-controlled and is colder in the winter and warmer in the summer.
• Frequent exposure to oil and grease.

Schedule: Monday-Friday start time is 5 am, you will work 8-10 hours shifts depending on the weekly production schedule.
Pay: $19-$21/hr. to start DOE (during the evaluation period)
