Parts Inspector

Located in Des Moines, IA

Salary: $16.00-$18.00

As a Parts Inspector you are first line of defense to keep the assembly process running smoothly. Provide Quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.

Duties:

• Parts inspection.
• Sorting/scrapping materials.
• De-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, grinding, sanding, cleaning, assembly, disassembly.
• Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects.
• Read and follow work instructions and general processes Use measuring or testing equipment as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Display excellent customer service.
• Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Use basic hand tools (drills, tapes, grinders, sanders).
• Read Blueprints.
• Reliable, dependable, punctual.
• 6 months quality inspections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lifting up to 50.
