General Laborer - Order Picker

Salary: $13/hr

Express Employment Professionals are currently seeking General Laborers for a Brenham, TX company. We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions; however, placement is not guaranteed, and our services are completely free for candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks with plants and supplies efficiently and safely.
• Assist with nursery operations including planting, watering, and maintenance.
• Move and organize plants within the nursery to ensure optimal growth conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general labor or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
