RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Feed materials or parts to Mill & Lathe machines
• Utilize appropriate measuring tools
• Use blueprints, diagrams, etc. for set up and specific tolerances
• Set up and operate machines in alignment with production goals
• Machine assemblies using manual lathe, grinders, mills 
• Perform inspections and tests
• Uses a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments to lay out stock for machining
• Track necessary materials, parts, and equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting and solve problems using good judgement

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• MUST have experience with manual lathe/mill (not computerized)
• Minimum of one year of experience as Manual Machinist
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Reliable, team-player, with positive attitude
