Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our client based in Mission.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in BC labor laws and WorkSafe BC with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of British Columbia's labor regulations.
• Proficient in HR software, with a track record of utilizing various platforms in previous roles.
• Familiarity with HR software is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, ensuring effective and clear communication within the organization.
• Substantial experience navigating the unique aspects of Canadian culture, including but not limited to First Nations, diverse ethnicities, and fluid self-identification.
• A deep understanding of the cultural landscape enriches the ability to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Salary & Schedule:

• Competitive pay range of $50,000 - $55,000 per annum, reflecting the value of the role.
• Full-time, permanent position with an in-person requirement.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can reliably commute to the location.
• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM
