We are currently searching for a dynamic individual to join as inside Sales and Employment Specialist for our Office Services. If you are passionate about recruitment, sales, and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.

• Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
• Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on previous experience
• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Execute efficient job order fulfillment with a sense of urgency
• Conduct thorough screening, recruitment, and interviews for potential candidates
• Manage the contract workforce effectively
• Regularly engage in cold calling activities
• Conduct business in strict adherence to company guidelines and legal standards
• Expand our business by fostering relationships with clients and prospects
• Perform weekly on-site client visits
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated stable job history, with a minimum of 1-year experience at each employer
• Previous recruitment and sales experience in a recruiting company is an asset
• Possession of reliable transportation and a valid class 5 license
• Exceptional multitasking abilities
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and work within tight deadlines
• Capability to thrive under pressure
• Knowledge of the Accounting, Finance and Office service related industries is an advantage
• Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or related fields is required
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Personable, determined, and driven to make a positive impact
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in spoken, written, and understanding of English
