Salary: $27.00-$42.00 per hour

We are hiring a qualified Shop & Road Mechanics for our client in the Abbotsford area.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assembling and mounting diverse mechanical components
• Working with the mechanic team on diverse tasks
• Maintain the shop areas clean and organized
• Road Mechanics will visit clients' premises to conduct maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units installed in mobile unit trailers and truck vans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to quality and detail
• Prioritizing precision over speed
• Proficient in both independent and team-oriented work environments
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Adaptability to seamlessly switch between various projects
• Possession of a clean Class 5 driver's abstract
• Experience with bracing and aluminum is advantageous but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
• Operating vehicle-driven Sprinter and 16' Cube trucks with automatic transmission
• Occasionally, there may be a need to relocate or shift trucks at clients' locations
• Powered tools, multimeters, and other necessary equipment are provided.

Salary & Schedule:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Room for growth and the potential to advance into a full-fledged road mechanic role
• Start time 8:00 AM
• Salary: $27 - 42 per hour (DOE)
