Collections Specialist

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $17/hr + Commission

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Completing inbound and outbound calls to collect past due debts quickly and efficiently
• Professionally overcome hurdles/objections to obtain payment in full or assist in finding alternative solutions
• Conduct in-depth investigations to find the correct party or assets

Education/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have consistent work history, preferably with experience in collections or billing
• Well-spoken and professional in both written and verbal communications
• Confident and relatable with the ability to multitask and solve problems
• Preference given to bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Thursday from 8:00am - 4:30pm with one shift running from 8:00am - 7:00pm; Friday from 8:00am - 2:30pm
• Pay up to $17/hr + commission
• Employees paid weekly!
