Collections Agent

Located in Grand Island, NE

Salary: Up to $15/hr + Commission

Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled Collections Agents to join a company in Grand Island, NE. These are specialized, dedicated positions, so strong prior customer service skills with an eye for detail are a must! These are evaluation-to-hire opportunities with pay up to $15/hr plus monthly bonuses! Remote work is a possibility for the right candidate, but ALL candidates must be able to train on-site in Grand Island, NE for 2 weeks.

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and address collections issues as they arise
• Processing contractually due customer payments and payables
• Assist in equipment repossession
• Execute contract modifications and settlements
• Meet both daily and monthly quotas for both quantity and quality of completed work

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Prior collections experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• High degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas
• High attention to detail

Schedule/Pay:

• Remote work a possibility for the right candidate!
• Candidates MUST be able to train on-site for 2 weeks in Grand Island, NE
• Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay starting at $15/hr + monthly bonuses (up to $2,000/month based on performance!)
• Employees paid weekly!
