Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Landscaper Supervisor to fill a Direct Hire opening in Newton, OH!

Responsibilities:

• Establishes goals with Landscapes Manager for efficiency, productivity, cost control, and safety.
• Follows Company "task map" and Performance Evaluation Form.
• Oversees crews, ensuring policy and safety compliance.
• Sets crew goals, provides training, evaluates performance, and recommends corrective actions.
• Serves as primary customer contact, handling complaints, service issues, and ensuring satisfaction during installation.
• Takes reasonable actions within established policies to manage jobs.
• Checks truck loading and supervises job site activities promptly.
• Ensures job adherence to company policies.
• Monitors paperwork, handles billing and communicates scheduling changes.
• Monitors tool needs, request new tools, and reports equipment for repair.
• Operates machinery and ensures site preparation, plantings, and construction.
• Follows safety rules, sets up job signs as needed.
• Performs additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Landscaper is required
• Previous experience in a Supervisor / Lead Role is required
• High School Diploma or GED
• CDL A License is a plus
• Project Management experience
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Heavy equipment operation experience is required

Compensation: $20-30 an hour
