Outside Sales Representative

Located in Rocky Mount, NC

Salary: 45,000-60,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated with proven track record of success in outside sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory. 

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

- Prepared and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.

- Collaborate with internal team members, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving results and driving revenue growth.

 

 

Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the marketing or public relations.

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

- Excellent negotiation and presentations skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for renewable energy solutions and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity. 

- Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
