Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• 2 years of estimating experience preferred, but candidates with a strong construction background and excellent interpersonal skills will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required.
• Experience with BlueBeam and Plangrid software is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bid and proposal processes, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of all documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including gathering all necessary documents and specifications.
• Maintain effective communication channels with vendors and suppliers throughout the bidding process, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manage and update the vendor database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of vendor information.
• Provide support to the estimating team, leveraging both estimating background and strong interpersonal skills.
• Utilize Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiently to manage and organize bid-related documents and communications.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam and Plangrid software is highly desirable.
