Bilingual Account Manager needed! The Account Manager will answer phones and maintain a positive relationship with the Group Contact. They will also service employee inquiries & claims, generate complete annual renewal packages for Broker, and respond to emails and voicemails and other inquiries in a timely and informative manner. They need someone extremely detail oriented, attentive, and positive! Must be fluent in English and Spanish, reading and writing. High School Diploma required. M-F 8-5.
