Job Summary:

• Answering phones
• Helping with applications – validating, approving, denying, renewing, and verifying eligibility on applications
• Taking payments
• Answering questions regarding eligibility

 

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Evaluation to Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00A-4:30P

Pay:  $22-23 /hr

Qualifications: 

• Ability to think critically and pays attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Call Center experience is a plus
