Education: high school or GED

Experience: prior CNC machining experience

Responsibilities:

• Work to supply products and services that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Follow the documented quality systems and processes.
• Examine work pieces for defects.
• Troubleshoot equipment and machined parts and make proper offsets/adjustments.
• Do programming for all new parts.
• Analyze tooling wear and basic PMs on machines.
• Maintain a clean working environment free of debris and flammable materials.
• Assist the supervisor and other departments in other duties or special projects as needed.

Skills:

• Knowledge of CNC machining, proper program and tooling selection
• Able to work with close tolerances
• Production and processing knowledge:
  • Raw materials
  • Production processes
  • Quality control
