We are seeking Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team. 

Our physical location is in Massachusetts.  

Schedule: (REMOTE)

• Choose your own hours (12 hours/10 hours/8 hours/ 4 hours) shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $28-$50/hr (BOE)

Duties:

• - Provide Christian counseling to individuals and groups.
• - Conduct mental health counseling sessions.
• - Assist with crisis management and intervention.
• - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
• - Utilize psychopharmacology knowledge to support patient care
• - Implement behavioral therapy techniques
• - Engage in case management activities to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• - Specialize in PTSD care and provide appropriate interventions
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy
• State licensure as a Social Worker (post grad. LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MFT)
• Experience in providing mental health counseling and crisis management
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and behavioral therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to utilize EMR and complete notes
• Excellent organizational and time management
