Shipping/Receiving Associate

Salary: $16.50

An associate in this role will transport incoming material from trailers to designated work areas, operate forklifts safely to load and unload pallets of product, create and process all required shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, and advance ship notices, secure and label finished product to pallets using stretch wrap, keep warehouse organized, follow shipping procedures, and additional duties as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Forklift experience required, Proper certification within 30 days
• Management of safe material flow to support production
• Shipping experience preferred or Knowledge of shipping and receiving protocol
• Working competence with computers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Precise and consistency in following all shipping policies and procedures in detail for high work standards
• Ability to manage time efficiently while working independently and within our team

1st Shift:    Mon - Thurs: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

                               Fri: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
