Job Summary:  We are looking for a HR Manager to join a growing team.  The HR Manager is responsible for performing HR related duties including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment/hiring, onboarding, performance management and employment compliance.

Pay: $80,000/yr - $100,000/yr, BOE

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.

·         2 years of Human Resources experience

·         The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: active listening, accurate, excellent oral/written communication, confidentiality, mathematical skills, decision making, interpersonal, tactful, conflict resolution, detail-orientated and comfortable working under pressure.
