Salary: up to $90,000/yr BOE

Job Summary:  Do you love numbers?  We are looking for a Controller to join a growing team.  The Controller responsibilities include but not limited to: 

·         Prepares financial statements to summarize and forecast financial status.

·         Produces and manages balance sheets and analyzes future earnings and expenses.

·         Manages accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization.

·         Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.

·         Ensures compliance with and prepares reports according to applicable government regulations.

·         Uses accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports.

·         Delegates accounting tasks to accounting staff.

·         Coordinates with and prepares reports for CFO and upper management.

·         Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: up to $90,000/yr BOE

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field

·         5+ years of accounting/finance experience

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Highly skilled in math, accounting, and financial processes

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Detail oriented and highly organized

·         Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

·         Excellent critical thinking skills
