Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
    • Offer accurate information about our products, services, and solutions.
    • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  2. Order Processing:
    • Efficiently process customer orders, collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and address any concerns.
  3. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing customer base.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
    • Assist in lead generation and follow up on potential business prospects.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and expand customer relationships.
  5. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to contribute insights for business development strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
  6. Documentation:
    • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and business development activities.
    • Generate reports on customer feedback, business development progress, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and a keen interest in business development.
