We’re seeking a qualified candidate for a Service Operator position. This position is part of a team-oriented group that will work regularly with surrounding office staff and other internal company members to complete regular data entry projects. This fast-paced environment will require high communication and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere and have desire to grow with the company in the future.
Skills/Requirements:
- Answering phones, taking messages for multiple companies
- Very detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Must speak clearly, take a clear message, have a good memory, and follow directions well
- Must be very flexible with schedule
- Must be able to pass a background check
