• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate service calls and prioritize tasks.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in HVAC/R preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type I and II) required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
