Maintenance Technician 

Location: Lakewood, CO

Salary: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift, with some on-call work

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances
• Conduct inspections and diagnose issues to determine appropriate solutions
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory levels
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• EPA Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be within 25 miles of the Littleton, CO location
