Position: Leasing Agent

Location: Lakewood, CO

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain effective communication with potential and current residents
• Screen applicants, process applications, and assist with the leasing process
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property amenities, features, and local community resources
• Collaborate with property management to achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies
• Bonus: Prior experience with tax credit housing is a plus

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of leasing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices is preferred. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Bonus: Experience with tax credit housing

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
